I have the ASRock Z77 Pro 4 and in the bios i have Load optimized cpu oc settings that says Turbo 4.0Ghz up to Turbo 4.8Ghz if i was to set this to 4.0Ghz will this change all the settings needed to oc my processor (I5 2500K 3.3Ghz) to 4.0Ghz without damaging my processor providing i have a good CPU cooled (Corsair H80) ?

The H80 isn't what you would call a good cooler for serious overclocking, turbo boost is a temporary boost to your chip, not a permanent O/c and any increase in processor speed/voltage can cause damage without adequate cooling
Check the Sandy bridge overclocking guide out up top, and either get a good aircooler, or upgrade to real watercooling
