A decent 500-600W from Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, PC P&C, Enermax, or OCZ should be fine.

^+1 With those specs you won't need a lot of power. The key is to find a quality PSU made by a reputable company, and blackjellognomes has given you some (Seasonic, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Antec, etc). If you're not going to be pushing for large overclocks and if you don't plan to upgrade to a more powerful and power hungry GPU, you could even go for lower W.

I have a similar build and I typically idle around 70-80W, pushing things in stress testing I've not topped 200W. I opted for the Corsair 450VX ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... ). This is the review that sold it for me: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/540
