which monitor don you think that i should go for?

Dell UltraSharp™ 2209WA 22-inch Flat Panel Monitor
Alienware OptX AW2210 Monitor

I'll be using this monitor for general purpos: playing games, watching movies, surfing the net etc.


P.S. Please mention any good HP 22" or 23" monitor as i love the deep blacks that they offer.

The dell. Without a doubt. It uses an IPS panel, blowing away everything else in its price range for image quality.
