Im using acer the webcam orbicam always say used by other application even though its not. I download new driver but still thesame how can I fix it

best way to fix itif u cant get it working may be to do a system recovery,, this will mean backing up all ur data. as it takes it back to factory settings but sorts out any software issues
to run the recovery with an ace at start up keep pressing (alt + F10) until it boots the the recovery menu, and follow its insructions
