Help with boot problem

i7-920, asus p6t deluxe.
At first it was the usb problem. None of them work and after trying many different things, it was the bios. Updated that and it work but then I needed to reinstall a new os system so after installing window vista 64 ultimate, it restart like how it usually do after installation but freeze at the blue asus screen. I press DEL but can't get into bios. I clear CLRTC, clear CLRTC and the battery but still nothing.
After reinstalling vista, I don't hear the beep anymore. Tried using no RAM but no beep, tried no VGA but still no beep.

We're also going to need all of your specs (RAM, GPU, PSU, etc). Make sure to include model numbers or possibly a link to the part.

ram: corsair dominator 3x2GB tr3x6g1600c8d but using 1x2gb for testing.
gpu: evga 8600gts
psu: Ocz GameXstream 700w
cpu: Intel i7-920
Mobo: Asus P6T Deluxe
Harddrive: Seagate 320gb 7200rpm
