Welcome to Tom's Forums!

Seems like a bad CMOS battery; replace the battery and afterwards review your manual to Clear CMOS. Also, you can unplug the PC AND Remove the CMOS battery for ~ 15 minutes.

And while you doing 'maintenance' update all of your drivers, if the problem persists then I wold recommend that you Flash update your BIOS. {assuming you get past the password problem}
