Dont laugh, im a NOOB at all this. im not one of those people though who doesnt research before i try something. I have researched a HECK of a lot, i have spent a few hours reading about it.

I just simply cant get my head round it, all i kinda know is that you boost lets say ur GPU and u take it out of ur PSU power ?

If anyone can either Teamviewer and OC my AsRock Extreme 970 in this OC'ing tool they gave me on a CD that would be SWEET.

Specs :
CPU : AMD II x4 945
Case : NZXT Phantom 410
GPU : SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7950 VAPOR-X 3GB OC Edition
PSU : Corsair CX600 V2 600W
CPU Cooling : Sock Cooler
MOBO : AsRock extreme 3 970

I would offer to OC it myself, but I am not very good at it. However, I do suggest you get a better CPU cooler. The stock cooler sucks. I've heard pretty rave reviews about the Hyper 212 plus and it's pretty cheap. Other than that, I'm not much help, good luck on your search though.
(Might want to put in how much you are willing to pay someone.)
