Hi guys

I have posted a similar question before but was unable to find a solution, so i will try again!

I've built a PC with specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate x 64
nVidea GeForce GTS 250
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4ghz
Asus P5QLD PRO
4gb DDR2-SD RAM (Kingston HyperX 4 GB : 2 x 2 GB Memory - DIMM 240-pin - 1066 MHz ( PC2-8500 )
Seagate Barracuda 500gb @7200rpm

My issue is, that after installing the RAM, i don't think that my PC is using it to its full potential.

Using CPU-Z/CPU and PC Wizard 2010, it tells me that I'm using PC2-6400 @ 399 mhz.
I have gone into bios settings and increased the FSB, so that it shows 1066mhz - i also changed the settings to match the latencies on the stickers (5-5-5-15), and increased the voltage to 2.1v
But i still get a low speed... it looks as if the RAM is running at just under 800mhz, which is not right.

Any assistance will be a great help.

You should be able to change the DRAM ratio setting to 1066 or 1:1. If you can't find the setting have a look in your manual.
