Speeding Internet

I have a braodband of 256kbps speed but downld speed is about 20 kbps how can I increase the speed.

did but there is a way to speed without the consent of isp can you help with that

Not really, you could spend 200$ on a Killer NIC gaming LAN card but it will make very little differece, you could upgrade all network cables to CAT6 and make sure they are no loner then needs be, get a gigabit router (wont make it any faster for speed but should help latency) set the router traffic prioritisation rules up for whatever kind of traffic you want faster.

I be amazed if doing all of that give you more then a few % faater connection. If you want more speed, you'll have to pay your ISP for it or change to a better provider.

slow speed was due to Primary dns and secondary dns
