Dell optiplex gx270 master hard drive barracuda

Hello,
I'm having hard drive instalation problem on my dell optiplexgx270 . JUMPER is set on master and it's a only 1 device ,but my BIOS can't recognize it.The device is Seagate Barracuda 7200.7, and it's functional. Previous drive was the same and it worked without any jumper ?????

try putting the jumper to cs/cable select not master.
