Bios HP COMPAQ dc7100 SFF

I want to replace the BIOS from HP Compaq dc7100 SFF
v01.57 bios with a newer one can work and dual
core processor, can someone help me? plzz!

Am avut un procesor de 2.80Ghz/1M/800 pe care l-am inlocuit cu 3.00Ghz/2M/800 si imi apare aceasta eroare: ""1881-Microcode Update Error - Missing or invalid processor Microcode Update.Please contact Hewlett-Packard Company for a new Microcode Update to support new Processor stepping. "" cere F1Boot si porneste. As dori sa pun un procesor Dual Core , am incercat dar nu mai porneste PC-ul.Ce ar trebui sa fac sa inlocuiesc procesorul cu Dual Core? Multumesc anticipat !

I had a processor that I 2.80Ghz/1M/800
replaced with 3.00Ghz/2M/800 and I see this error:
"" 1881-microcode update error - Missing or Invalid
Contact Hewlett-processor microcode Update.Please
Packard Company for a new microcode update to support
new processor stepping. "asked F1Boot and starts. As
want to put a Dual Core processor, I tried but
May starts ul.Ce PC should I do to replace
Dual Core processor? Thanks in advance!

The processor is not recognized by the BIOS. You may have to contact HP.

What is your current CPU and what is the new one you want to replace it with?
