Alright here is my proposed build. Thanks you JackNaylorPE as most the parts are straight from your recommendations! It should actually come in slightly under my target of $2500. I am rounding out at about $2,234. That is if I got everything I need. Does this really cover everything or do I need other smaller items that I am unaware this being my first build. If anything below doesn't make sense or their is a better option I am missing, please let me know as I am open to any suggestions. Again thanks for the input!

First thing, don't start a new thread on something you've already posted. I don't mean to be rude, but the forums are cluttered as it is.
Second, it'd help if you'd post links correctly.

... I suggest you do more research before purchasing the parts and building the PC. Third-party HSFs are recommended because stock coolers are often insufficient for OC'ing. Just a tip--you shouldn't be spending almost $100 for stuff if you don't know what it's for.

Also, WD drives are generally not recommended ATM, as there are only two models that use the newer 500GB/platter technology, the 64MB-cache 1TB and the 2TB Caviar Blacks. Neither of these offer great value, thus no WD drives should be recommended.
These drives are cheaper, faster, and more efficient. Cheaper in terms of $$, not quality.

For the price of that Plextor, you could buy a Blu-Ray burner. Blu-Ray combo drives (like that Plextor) start at around $100, readers start at $60, burners start at $150. Again, you really should do some research on your own.

From my experience, I'm pretty sure you could build a similar rig with identical performance for about $2000. You're spending a bit much on the RAM, mobo, ODD, and that 5870.

Cheaper mobo with more features: GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Cheaper Blu-Ray combo drive: SAMSUNG Black 8X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA Internal Blu-ray Combo Drive - Bulk Model SH-B083L/BSBP LightScribe Support - OEM

Cheaper RAM, lower latency (CL7): G.SKILL PI Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI - Retail

Cheaper 5870: XFX HD-587A-ZNF9 Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card ... - Retail

Slightly cheaper; superior cooler: GIGABYTE GV-R587UD-1GD Radeon HD 5870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Retail
