Ref : i7 processor to install SAP

I want to take this configuration lop top and I want install SAP, is it possible to install SAP? can we install server edition for this processor?
somebody told i7 processors are not installing SAP?

You can install Windows Server as long as drivers are available. Vista drivers usually work with WS2k8. Whoever told you that you can't install SAP on an i7 system probably has a real server to sell. Your main issue will be figuring out if drivers are available for the laptop. SInce that obviously isn't in a production environment, why not use VMware Reader and install Windows Server as a VM? It works fine in a development environment.
