Budget or moderately priced mobo for Core 2 Duo E6600

Hey guys, I've been having hardware issues and have tried to troubleshoot it but have had no luck. Right now it's either the GPU or the mobo, and I was wondering what would be a good cheap mobo for this processor and DDR2 memory so I could just swap it out and wish for the best. Any suggestions? Doesn't have to be Asus, as the subcategory says.

might even crank out a moderate overclock pretty easy with this one
