DO NOT buy a C2Q . Nice but why buy old , out dated and out classed .

For gaming and watching movies you wont need the hyperthreading capabilities of the i860 . Save some cash and get the i750 and over clock it if you need more speed

you wont though since the rig is way overkill for a 1440 x 900 gaming out put
You could scale the graphics card back to a 5770 and still be more powerfiul than you need to run that resoluton
A 500 watt psu would be enough , but a quality 650 watt will give you expansion options

the green hard drive will save you 2 or 3 watts . Not worth it , and you lose speed loading games . The F3 500 gig is a better choice and also quiet

the 5770 is not really strong enough for the high quality settings on a 1900 x 1080 screen

Ok , but not great
