Which PSU should i pick?

Hello.

I have a 2 year old Fujitso Siemens Scaleo P computer. I want to upgrade its graphic card from an Nvidia Geforce 8600gt to an ATI 5770 XFX version. However my computer only has a 400watt PSU and I want to upgrade it. How do i know which one to pick? All i know is that it should be aroung the 500watts but i know nothing about the ampers, volts and even the different cables... Does anyone know what i should pick?

CPU: AMD turion 64 X2 2.66 GHz 5000+
RAM: 3 GB DDR2 800MHz

2 hardisk SATA don't know if it is a 5400rpm or 7200rpm

U can go with this Antec 500W that is enoug for ur rig.

Is ur current PSU ATX right? or is very similar to this?

It is similar to the picture i saw. Don't know if it is and ATX the brand is FSP Group INC. Model NO: FSP400-60HLN.

Right, ur PSU is ATX, so, the recommended PSU fit perfectly in ur case.

Okay so to run an ATI 5770 my PSU should be just fine right?

For the 5770 ur current PSU isn't enough, u need a 500W PSU at least.
