Hello, I have a gigabyte GA-A75M-S2V motherboard with one PCI express slot. I plugged in a Hauppauge Colusus PCI express card and windows xp SP3 can not see it. any ideas?
I bought a second one and put it in the same slot (after powering down) and still wont see it.

Do you know which switch? I went through the Bios and made sure the primary video device was the onboard chip and not the TV Tuner, but did not see any other settings.

specifically, I did not "see" it in the device manager for Windows XP and when I ran the programs that came with the card, it had an error message that no TV Tuner card was found.

The PCI-E on the MB has three slots. one that runs at x16, one that runs at x4 and one that runs at x1. I have tried each tv tuner once in each slot.

I believe the TV tuner is x1

I just have the onboard graphics. The only card I have is the TV tuner. It is just so strange that Windows can't see it in device manager. No devices that need drivers. The MB should be picking it up. I can't have gotten two bad TV tuner cards.
