Runtime error

says run16.dll not found .dynamic link library entry point not found on windows xp home gold 5.1 2600 build. On sony vaio pcg-fxa32.
runtime error cannot download programs or applications
also iev6 crashing after 2 mins.
cannot find rundll32
memory errors.

I would reinstall the XP.
