Speedfan Cannot control side or exhaust fan

Hi, I have gotten SpeedFan and have managed to control my CPU and GPU fan speeds.
However, I cannot seem to manage my rear exhaust fan and my side intake fan. They are connected to the motherboard via 3 pin.

These fans are detected by speedfan but when i try to assign a fan controler to them, there seems to be no option on selecting them.

The fans in question are Aux1 fan and CPU0 fan.
When I go to Fan Control to select them it only gives me CPU and Aux to select for the temps.

Am i doing something wrong?
