What would fit my processor without bottlenecking

I have a Q9300 no OC or anything. In addition I have a 9800 GTX. I'm hoping to upgrade, (I know about the 3 tier thing) but I still want to upgrade (i got the money to spend). Which graphics card right now, am I able to fully use without bottleneck?

And what do you want to play? And please mention all your specs, like power supply, case,budget? and screen resolution.
Do you prefer ati or nvidia? Or just performance like i do ^^

I basically just want to play pretty much any game on high settings on a 1440x900 resolution. I also record gameplay for commentary/montage. Powersupply is ike 650w. Case is Antec 900II. Budget...nothing expensive like a 295GTX or HD5970. More around the 260 GTX range. And I don't care whether it's ati or nvidia. Performance.

What about the 5770? I don't know whats the price of that gpu though. This is the perfect gpu for your resolution. I have the same resolution but i want to be extremely future proof. So im going to buy Fermi 470
