E5200 overclocking temp and stability

Hello I am new here so I need little help about overclocking temp and more.

I got
e5200 2.5 GHz overclocked to 3.2 ghz on stock voltages and stock cooler on P5kpl-am
4gigs of ram ddr2 800MHz

1.I am worried about my dram frequency is there any risk of damaging because is higher from stocks
2.My overclock is stable ? here is picture after 1 hour test:

You won't damage anything at those clocks if you don't increase the voltage you can't damage anything. Test with prime 95 tho.
