How do I fix my elongated screen. It is driving me crazy

what is your monitor's native resolution? and is it the same as the resolution you're running?

Hi irenepeterson, exactly which dimension is it elongated in?

What you may try is to re-install the display drivers for your graphics card or on-board graphics.

If you could update this thread with the specs for your PC/laptop then we can help you better; eg, CPU, RAM, Motherboard, GPU ( graphics card ) or if laptop, which make and model.

click on desktop , go to properties, settings, screen resolution ...pick the number that matches you monitor's native resolution.
