Ddr2800 registering as ddr667

Hey everyone!,
i just upgraded my old ram (1stick of Kingston pc6400 ram) with another stick pc6400 Kingston ram. everything is running properly but when i was in my bios it was saying it was ddr2 667 ram
is that normal
is there a way to put it back to its normal ddr 800
or is it because they are not dual channel

PC setup:
MOBO: asrock g31m-s
CPU: Intel Pentium e5200
RAM: 2sticks of Kingston pc6400 2gb (single channel)
GPU: xfx Radeon HD 4770
CPU: thermaltake TR2-430
HDD: Western digital 1tb 64mb cache

Enter your bios, go to Advanced, then chipset, change DRAM freq to DDR-800
