Converting RAW HD Format to XP NTFS with out losing any data

I have one phisical disk 0.5Tb, splited into 2 partitions c: and d:.
when I tried to open drive d: i receive the error: "the disk on drive d: is not formated. do you like to format it?". and the file systen is RAW.
How can I Repair the disk?

If Drive D: is RAW then there is no data on there to be lost. you can reformat that partition without affecting the data on Drive C:
