I have built a desktop pc recently and i have put 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance Blue, DDR3 PC3-14900(1866), Non-ECC Unbuffered, 9-10-9-27, XMP, 1.50V, and i was wondering if i could put this in the other 2 slots 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Blue, PC3-17066 (2133), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 11-11-11-27, XMP, 1.5V or wether they all have to be at the same speed or not?

Any help is apreciated thanks.

Yes you can. It will just automatically clock to the 1866MHz.

But I would manually set the 2133MHz RAM to 1866MHz and tighten the timings to match the original set you have.
