Z77 PRO 3 Overclocking Capabilities

I've recently bought an Asrock Z77 PRO 3 motherboard for my i5-3570k, and I've read that the 4+1 phase of the PRO 3 is not good for overclocking. I'm only aiming to overclock up to 4.2 GHz with an H80.

So, should I get a new mobo (Extreme 4), or just stick to PRO 3?

Here are my specs:
i5-3570K
ASRock Z77 Pro 3
ICEQ2X HD 7950
8GB of Corsair Vengeance ram @ 1600Mhz
Seasonic S???? 620 watts

power phases are irrelevant until you go beyond 4.6ghz.

and you shouldnt have gotten the h80 when you are only overclocking to 4.2ghz, something that can be easily achieved by a 30 dollar hyper 212 evo heatsink.

you will easily attain 4.2ghz. i dont think a voltage increase is needed. for my chip, i even decreased the stock voltage. but try it out first
