Hi there,

Here's a question I am wanting to put out to the community.

I am wanting to purchase the parts to build a computer which I am wanting to use for the Adobe Master Suite range of software as well as just general work. I have a PS3, so gaming isnt high on the list for this computer, but would really appreciate some advice as to which CPU to go for.

So far I am thinking i5-750 with mobo P55A-UD3.

Alternatively, I am thinking of putting together a Phenom II 965.

Which CPU and mobo combination is better in terms of cost and performance?

Hey there, thanks heaps for the advice.

Was just wondering whether your advice would be different if I were to propose an i7-860 vs Phenom II 965?

Again, considering value as well, the Phenom II hands down.
