Usable ram in k52jc 32 bit window 7

Hello,
i have an asus k52jc laptop 4gig ram and using window 7 ultimate 32 bit.. bt why my system only read that with my 4gig ram installed (2717 is usable)

That seems a bit low, but remember 32-bit OSs can only deal with 4GB worth of addresses. Your graphics adapter's memory (and any other memory-mapped devices) must be addressable, reducing the number available to address memory.

well, if Windows 7 32-bit can't handle more than 4GB addresses then, can ASUS k52jc run the 64-bit windows?
