Gigabyte g41m-es2l keeps restarting when shut down

when i select shutdown machine automatically restarts. press and hold the start button is the only way to shut off. have i got a bios setting wrong or is there something iam missing any suggestions.

Same problem overhere with a Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R board.
Is there anybody outthere who can help us out?
