I've never overclocked anything before but I have an i5-3570k with a Z77m mobo. I installed the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to see what I could do with it. I noticed that I have some options missing. When I click on "Manual Tuning" I don't see any of the sub-categories (Processor, Voltage, Memory and Bus). Why don't I have these?

Then, you will need a better cooler before start to overclock.

Sure, but that doesn't explain why those extra options aren't showing up in my software, or does it?

No it doesnt, but it would be detrimental to overclock with any stock cooler. You should do things in order:

1) Read up on overclocking. It is not a n00b thing to get started in.
2)get the relevant hardware, e.g.:p roper cooler.
3)Perform the actual OC in the BIOS. Never use any software!!!

Incorrect/missing drivers could be the cause

Well, I really do't suggest you use any other thing for overclock that BIOS or ASUS software, the last one can't work with your motherboard so the best option in this case is BIOS.
