Best water/air cooler around 60€

the title says alot.
i wan't to build a pc for myself and my friend but i am looking for a good air/water cooler that will last around 3 years.
i can get alot of brands in the store where i am going to buy the cooler so you can suggest all the better nown brands.
its for an fx 8320 and 8350
case elite 431
there wil be normal sized ram dimm's on the motherboard.

Well you can get the classic DH-14, or the quieter Silver Arrow but they are monsters and I'm not sure if they will fit in your case.
However I'm not sure if they are actually the best coolers as much as everyone raves about them:

corsair
cooler master
antec
scythe
noctua
zalman
intel and
amd

or if you find a cooler on ebay for a good price then i will go for that

the cooler master v6 and noctua NH-U9B SE2 are interesting
i can get the corsair h55 and h60 for +- 60€
if the air coolers are better then the water coolers than i will buy an air cooler
i also saw an decent cooler: scythe mugen 3 pcge it seems good

I would say get the noctua NH-U9B SE2 it's the best out those you mentioned but it's ugly i think lol if you do not care about the look of it get it.

what about the hyper 212 slim because it is cheaper than the noctua and a good preformer

I would go for Hyper 212 EVO if you want something cheaper.

there is only a 7€ difference and it seems that it preformces better. Also i can fit corsair vengeance memery in the pc witch is a better performer than the corsiar xms3.
so i think i'm gonna go for it. it also has dual fan right out of the box.
