$1500 gaming pc

Im planning to build my brother a new desktop this week and I'm trying to stay below the $1500 range and i don't really believe in mail in rebates as i've never had one come back. the comp will ' likely be used mostly for gaming and watching movies (all at 1080p), but I know that he does use adobe photoshop cs4. we'll probably over-clock it and add another graphics card in the future but that isn't really a huge concern.

Ok a quality PSu is just as important as a the cutting edge video card, a cheap PSU can die and take along all of the main components, so i suggest something like corsair, antec, OCz, or seasonic all recognize brands

Snakej build looks good also (but if you want the option to xfire latter i would not go with that mobo ) and if you do go with that mobo you dont need a 750W PSU for a single GPU mobo.
