BSOD Possible CPU Related. Please Help

SO this is the second time My PC has crashed for an unknown reason. It even skips the blue screen and forces the restart, though windows does come up saying i suffered a BSOD and gives me BCCODE 124. Here is the debug interpretation of my minidump. Is this pointing towards the CPU or the MOBO? please let me know if I can provide anymore information.

Phenom X4 945 3.0 GHZ
Sapphore Radeon 4870 Toxic 1gb
G Skill DDR3 PC3 10600 Dual Channel (3 x 2GB). Memory Model F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK

Absolutely no over clocking.
So far i can reliably replicate the crash only when playing Civilization 4 (damn steam sales).

I use HWMonitor and during game (dual monitors) i can see that the temps are more then normal. Memtest seems to check out just fine

Yes I did, the complete collection was $10. That's a weird issue. Any chance you have a link to verify? I'd hate to close out this thread and have to start a new one. I had no luck on google.

What of Civ 4 are you playing?
Are you playing any mods?

Steam and the game says they are up to date. Just regualr civ 4 with No addons
