My pc has Bios version phoenix technologies LTD, 6.00 PG and I need to upgrade. How can I do that? The PC keep shutting down on me and it's getting frustrating.

It is most likely not the BIOS. How do you know it is?

Are you getting Blue screens or hard shut offs. If there complete shut offs then its probably your temps or a power problem.
