Need help overclocking i7 3770k

im using a noctua with a push pull config, ive got great air flow but im new to overclocking. what is a frequency to aim for?

I think that you need first read a little about overclocking in Google, and the 3rd Intel generation. After that, you will have a base to start to know how to overclock your CPU.

What components do you have? Motherboard.

can you tell us what case and gpu you use and which noctua? if it's not the d14, you might receive bad advice.
