More about what cooler extreme these
  1. Oddly enough, it could depend on what cpu you are planning to overclock. You should take a look at this site http://www.frostytech.com/top5heatsinks.cfm and base your decision on reviews that have been done on each. If you are overclocking an Intel, then it appears the H100 might be your best choice.

In addition to the cpu cooler, you also need to make sure your case has excellent airflow. Getting a good heatsink means little if your case can't handle the heat =)

  3. ^ + 1 H100i is for what you´re looking for! :)

If you do not want to go water, then get Noctua NH-D14 http://www.amazon.co.uk/Noctua-NH-D14-Processor-cooler-aluminium/dp/B002VKVZ1A

Wait so you would pick the Noctua-NH-D14 over the H100 ?

Also i would LOVEEE to go water cooling from this kit http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/XSPC-Rasa-750-RS240-WaterCooling-Kit--RS-Series-Kit-pid-12137.html

But i just cant be bother to keep chaning water & flushing etc.
  5. For extreme overclocking? LN2, pahse change, dry ice....

For you needs, H100i can do a very good job if you want save space inside your case...or some noctua cooler.

Edit: That kit was replaced for this: http://specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/XSPC-Raystorm-750-RS240-WaterCooling-Kit--750-RS-Series-Kit-pid-16427.html

And it's very similar to the H100i but performs much better and you have the opportunity to "build" your self.

    Nope!

I would go with the H100i, not the H100 (they are a bit different) -- and as you already know you won ´t need to "keep changing water & flushing etc".

The NH-D14 is the air option, and it is better than the NH-U9B.
