What cooler should i get for extreme OC'ing out of these

Oddly enough, it could depend on what cpu you are planning to overclock. You should take a look at this site http://www.frostytech.com/top5heatsinks.cfm and base your decision on reviews that have been done on each. If you are overclocking an Intel, then it appears the H100 might be your best choice.

In addition to the cpu cooler, you also need to make sure your case has excellent airflow. Getting a good heatsink means little if your case can't handle the heat =)

For extreme overclocking? LN2, pahse change, dry ice....

For you needs, H100i can do a very good job if you want save space inside your case...or some noctua cooler.

And it's very similar to the H100i but performs much better and you have the opportunity to "build" your self.

Nope!

I would go with the H100i, not the H100 (they are a bit different) -- and as you already know you won ´t need to "keep changing water & flushing etc".

The NH-D14 is the air option, and it is better than the NH-U9B.
