How do I set my RAM so I have a 1:1?

I have i5 2500k (getting good cooler when i have moneys)
100.1*34=~3403mhz

RAM@ 4GB*2 - can run 2000mhz@ 9-10-9-27 @1.65V

where do I set ram to?

please tell me volts, timings and frequency

On your BIOS you need look for RAM configuration and set the correct speed for your RAM. The BIOS should read the 9-10-9-27 and set the votalge manually at 1.65V
