CPU Cooling Intel BXSTS100C Passive/Active Combination Heatsink http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=FAN-BXSTSC CPU -> +$40x2 = $80 more Mobo -> +$55 RAM -> Depends on how much memory you want - Assuming 12GB would suffice for now -> -$240 So you get a Dual Xeon 5520 with 12GB of RAM in Tri-Channel for less...
