PSU -
SILVERSTONE ST75F-P 750W

And any specific reason not to go with Xeon 5520 ? Just asking...

^ Well I dont think it would be much costlier...

CPU -
Intel Xeon E5520 Nehalem
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Mobo -
ASUS Z8PE-D12(ASMB4-IKVM) Dual LGA 1366
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

RAM -
WINTEC 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Registered DDR3 1066
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU Cooling
Intel BXSTS100C Passive/Active Combination Heatsink
http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=FAN-BXSTSC

CPU -> +$40x2 = $80 more
Mobo -> +$55
RAM -> Depends on how much memory you want - Assuming 12GB would suffice for now -> -$240

So you get a Dual Xeon 5520 with 12GB of RAM in Tri-Channel for less...
The only downside is that the Xeon system has 4GB less memory...But roughly saving about $110...
But its your call though...
