[no 1680 x 1050 on radeon 4870 win7 x64]

Hello,
I have a viewsonic 2035 display with a radeon hd 4870. I recently noticed that my resolution is 1600 x 1200 and that 1680 x 1050 is not even listed in ATI Cat 9.10. My native res is 1680 x 1050. My os is win x64. Reinstalled Cat 9.10, no change. Maybe new driver will fix this. Also, dual booting wiht XP and no problems, res is at 1680 x 1050. Any Ideas?

What kind of cable are you using?

Id try newer driver rather than older ones if you are using ccc 9.10. Maybe you can get to your screen resolution by right clicking the desktop and changing it from there?

That is strange, but I would prefer the free pixels! :lol:

Try right-clicking your monitor in the Desktops & Displays tab in CCC and click properties. You might have overscan or a larger resolution enabled?
