Im new to the net my monitor is in safe mode how do i clear it

Hello, i put in my monitor a windows XP Professional cd thought i was being clever in trying to solve problems this is my new laptop that bim using to try yes try and solve my problem of im using a Belnea monitor with a philips iQon tower

It's not your monitor that's in Safe Mode, it's Windows which is running in Safe Mode.
This usually happens when you've recently installed a problem driver -- and that includes drivers included with third-party firewalls, antivirus or cd-burning software.

If you can remember installing anything like that recently, uninstall it in Safe Mode, then try to start Windows normally.
