Screen flicker with msi R5670 pmdig

Just added msi R5670 VGA and getting screen flicker. Updated drivers (v10.2) and tried setting RAM clock to 900MHz as per forums. Still getting flicker except in games. System worked fine before installing VGA. Monitor is Samsung 2232BW running 1680x1050 @ 60Hz.

I have the MSI R5670 running on Windows 7 64bits versions as well. My setup also show really bad flicker issue using driver supply by MSI. Download CCC 10.2 from ATI and it help some what. I am usign CCC 10.3 beta now and it make a big differnt. Still every now and then still get some a narrow band of flicker at the verytop of my screen (1680 x 1050).
