Can I overclock my Intel i3-2120 processor, and if so, how much?

Hi, I recently got a GTX 550 ti gfx card, and wanted to overclock my Intel i3-2120 3.3GHz processor to be more in line with it. I was just wondering if this is possible, and if so, how much should I raise it to and how slowly should I raise it. This is the first time I have atempted overclocking, and but I have watched a few videos. With Realtemp I can see that my CPU's temperature whilst idle is in its mid 30 degrees C, and with Prime 95 I can see that at 100% it is at around 60 degrees C after around 10 mins.
