Help me to choose video card

Hi, please help me to choose one of these graphic card...

MSI Radeon HD r4890, 1GB, 256bit
HD 4890, 1024 MB, 850 MHz, GDDR5-3.9 Gbit/s, 256 bit

or

XFX HD5770, 1GB, 128BIT
HD 5770, 1024 MB, 875 MHz, GDDR5-5.2 Gbit/s, 128 bit

or maybe you can recommend me other card?


My PC: Giga Byte, GA-790XTA-UD4
Patriot, 4GB,1600Mhz, DDR3
AMD, Phenom ll X4 945 3.0GHz AM3
600W PSU
...
I dont know nothing about video cards, thats why Im asking here, I hope you can help me.
I need good graphic card for games... but which one?

the 5770 is more future proof, and faster, so go with that

The 5770 is not faster than the 4890, but it does have DX11 and Eyefinity with no much difference in FPS'es. So yeah, a 5770 might be a better buy in terms of features, but the faster card now is the 4890. Also, the 4890 is more power hungry, keep that in mind.

Hmm ok, I will wait littlebit to see HD5830, or I will buy HD 5770.
By the way which model I should take? MSI or XFX?

Those are both decent brands, just go for the cheaper.

1280x1024 at the moment, later I will buy 24" monitor.
Hmm I asked about brands becouse of coolers..
Ok then, I will wait 5830 cards and thenI will choose 5770 or 5830. Will see which one is better for its price.
