Get the Antec 300. Got lots of room, is really "fanned out" in your words. Plus is a great value for money.

I own both a Antec 900 and a 1200 and would recomend both, tho they aint exactly quite when you turn the fans up, this was never a problem to me untill i bought my GTX250's they run hot in either case so i have to turn the fans up when gameing. The 900 seems a little better for air flow this is due to the filters fitted as standard on the 1200, im happy to loose a little air flow tho if it means i dont have to hover out my case as often. Off the top of my head i think the 902 has the fillters aswell.

i built my housemates computer with antec300, i owned 900 in the past, and now i have 1200. I love them all but for 1200 there are total 6 fans running, 3 in front, 2 in back, and 1 on top. I swapped 5 120mm fans to scythe slipstream which are relatively quiet fans, but there are still 5 fans running and its little louder than I'd like it to be.

looking at your components, I don't think you really need excessive fans in your case. I think this case might fit your need:

Lian-Li LIAN LI PC-60FN

140mm intake and 120mm exhaust. I think the fans provided will be fine but you can swap them to Noctua's and I'm sure your computer will be near silent. I know that 5770 is a cool/quiet card as I've seen my housemates. you'd need to make sure your CPU fan's not running at some ridiculous rpm.

It is more expensive than 300 and 900(just by tad) but if you're into simple minimalistic look, you'd like it.

You need a Lian Li dragonlord series, PC-k56/58/60/62.

They are made very well, have great cooling, are almost totally tool-less in a way that works well, including the motherboard which is secured by thumbscrews, has a backplate cut out, and they look far, far better than the 900 which is extremely plastic-y.
