Yes it is compatible, altho you can get some RAM that is $5 cheaper that is better, mostly because it is cheaper, or $5 more, which is slightly faster.
Also, I hope you are aware that the second PCI-E slot is not really worth putting another graphics card into.

Yes, it is compatible with your build. I would recommend switching the RAM for this G.SKILL with better timings. It has tighter timings and running at higher speeds and will out perform the Corsair you have listed.
