Vertex 3 much slower than it should be?

Looks like something is wrong with my Vertex 3 or drivers. Its on AMD 970 chipset, set to SATA 3. Its set to RAID mode (but not in an array) as I have 2xHDD in RAID 0.

Have newest official AMD drivers on Win 7 64bit.

Possibly try a different SATA cable and a different SATA port?

Tried different SATA cable, but same manufacturer, same results.

On sata cables says 6Gbps/3Gbps (those came with motherboard)

how did you install the OS? is the drive a clone of another drive or a fresh install?

Fresh install. I loaded drivers (f6 ones) from http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3908#dl , they look fresh. And once Win 7 64 was installed, i installed latest AMD drivers.

Should this note when benchmarking say:

shouldnt it say 600? can someone with SATA 3 try test and check text?
