Grpahics Question

I have the Dell XPS 630i system and it currently is runnnig a HD4850. I am looking to add another card and was wondering can I crossfire with anything other than another HD 4850, or should I. This would seem to give plenty for anything out right now, however, I just wanted to get some opinions.

Best to use the same card, but more importantly will your PSU handle another card. Seems unlikely since it's a Dell, and Dell usually only puts the minimum PSU for the system.
