USB stopped working cant acces s### HELP

Sooo
All the usb's stopped working on my stationary XP pc all of a sudden, at the same time as an ipod touch was being plugged in. From reading around the forum i gather that its probably a driver mishap but since my mouse and keyboard dont work i can do anything about it.

I hope someone on heres got some magic advice for me!

I had this problem before and the only way I could fix it was rebuilding my system from scratch. First I thought it's a hardware fault but after re-install it worked again. Weird!
