Thank's for looking! :D

Downdraft or low profile coolers are not as effective as tower type coolers like the evo.
The hot cpu air gets recirculated with a downdraft cooler.

With a tower type cooler the hot cpu air gets directed toward the case exhaust..
And, there are usually more cooling fins available to extract heat from the cpu.

For $30 or so, the evo is a good cooler, Xigmatek makes a similar one.

If your budget is in the $80 range, the Noctua NH-D14 or Phanteks are about as good as it gets.
Fully the equivalent of all in one liquid coolers.

All will fit your motherboard.
Only if you have a small form factor case would you have a fit problem with any of them.

Will EVO work with this case and board and what ram would you suggest.

Yes, it will work.

Your parts are good and compatible.

Here is a g.skil ares low profile kit of 8gb(2 x 4gb) DDR3 1600 ram:

Here is Guru3Ds power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 660 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 450~500 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 660 Ti SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/msi_geforce_gtx_66...

Both are good; I happen to like Seasonic if the price is acceptable.

650W is fine, it should be good enough even for GTX660ti in sli(which I do not recommend)
