Ram clocking & timing Tags: Memory Document Kingston Overclocking sik0zu December 30, 2012 4:41:33 PM Hi! I changed my memory to run at 1600mhz from 1333mhz. I use Kingston HyperX Genesis KHX1600C9D3K2/8G 2x4gb. Should i change the timings from 9-9-9-24? Those are the timings of the 1333mhz. I found a document from Kingston which says that this memory is factory tested at 1600mhz @1.65V, (the document, http://www.google.fi/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=we... ) In the document the timings are different than mine. So, should i change the voltage from 1.5V to 1.65? My cpu is i7-2600 and i've heard that intel doesn't recommend higher memory voltages than 1.5V or how did it went ?
